About Me.
My name is Kathryn Stone but I go by "Kate." I love to create wether is is digitally or physical media. I enjoy packaging design, illustration, graphic design, and logos. When I'm not creating something I'm usually swimming, watching Hockey, seeing friends, or hanging out with my cat Beanie. My passion for art and creative design has been with me since my childhood. I strive to incorporate my creative and team-oriented mindset into all my endeavors. What's with the cat?
I’m so glad you asked! My portfolio logo is inspired by my childhood cat, Beanie, who always knows that sitting directly on whatever I was working on was the fastest way to get attention. I wanted my portfolio to reflect my personality and the things that bring me joy. While it could be a little annoying at times, Beanie never fails to make me laugh (especially after long projects) by confidently plopping himself onto my work, completely unbothered by my lack of attention.
